Overview Heroine Magazine is a 32-page sustainable quarterly magazine inspired by one of the 17 UN sustainability goals. This publication highlights the successes as well as the inequalities that female-identifying athletes face throughout their athletic careers. This magazine consists of several spreads of infographics as well as supplemental articles and an interview with a distinguished female athlete at Penn State University. Female athletes experience vast inequalities at all ages: from beginning their sport of choice in grade school, and further into their professional careers.
